The key box works differently depending on the location. Some locations send the code directly to you via SMS once everything is in order with your booking. Other locations require you to contact customer service first. We then verify that the booking has been paid, the deposit has been authorised, the driver’s license has been verified, and the contract has been signed before providing you with the code.
