As the renter of the vehicle, you are responsible for all parking tickets, speeding fines, and toll charges incurred during your rental period.
If a fine remains unpaid, Oscar will send you an email with the details of the fine and a payment link. Administrative fees related to the handling of the case may also apply. Payment must be completed within the specified deadline. Failing this, administrative and debt collection procedures may be initiated.
