To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the start of the booking, in accordance with OSCAR’s cancellation terms and conditions available on our website.
Between 48 hours and 7 days before the start of the booking, 25% of the total amount is charged, meaning a 75% refund according to the written conditions.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours before the start of the booking, 100% of the amount will be charged.
